Perhaps the ultimate in handheld weather stations, the Skywatch GEOS measures it all – Wind Speed, Wind Direction, Temperature, Relative Humidity, Barometric Air Pressure, and Altitude. And all while recording the maximum and minimum for each.
The Skywatch GEOS is also able to provide the following important calculations: windchill, dew point, relative and absolute pressure, weather tendencies, density altitude, flight level, height, and variometer. Another benefit to the GEOS 11 is the bright LED light, that is powered by a separate (and included) battery. And the weather resistant aluminum case is built to withstand the rigors of outdoor use. It can even be submerged down to 1 meter for up to 5 minutes without any difficulty – just make sure to dry out the humidity sensor before trusting those measurements. Other features include the EL backlight, mineral glass screen, time, date, chronograph, 3 data recording modes, replaceable ball impeller, and exposed sensors for instant readings.
For better information management you can purchase the optional PC download kit with software, sold below. The PC download kit with software allows you to download previously captured data or even view real-time data capture.

* Response time for temperature and humidity is highly dependant on the air flow over the exposed sensors. With air flow, response time is within a few minutes to adjust to ambient temperature and relative humidity. With no air flow, several minutes may be required to adjust properly.
